Great place, great service, BUT AVOID THE FIRST FL
Arriving late is never a good thing. The hotel was full, the only room left was on the first floor, facing the road in front of the hotel. The noise level was very high. I could not go to sleep until 3:30AM, not a good thing after flying 8hrs. The front desk staff could not do anything, however they told me, they would change me to another room next day. They did!!

I've stayed couple of times in this property and see that it is getting worse. It is not terrible, but some maintenance aspects need to be taken care. Still, location is good, breakfast also.

Great customer service
The customer service specially from IURI, at the front desk, was excepciónal. This gentleman helped me with booking a taxi, recommended some great places for dinner, assisted me with the checked him. I will definitely be back to this hotel.

Good stay for the price
For the price it was fine. It was well located and close to restaurants and the beach. The rooms were comfortable but needed maintenance. I had toove from my first room because the a/c didn't work and in the 2nd room, the toilet was not bolted to the floor. The free breakfast was great though and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
