    Good hotel

    The hotel is nice, I did enjoy my stay in it. I used the gym which was also good. The breakfast buffet was also good. The only thing is when i wanted to shower at night i would get very little hot water. And the room was not sound proof so you can hear people walking and rolling their bags around. Its also around 30+ minutes away from Mexico City. But it did the job well.

    I didn’t like the fact that there’s no security at night. We didn’t sleep all night with a family that was staying beside our room. They were in several rooms and going back and forth all night and wee hours of the morning drunk. Standing right outside our door laughing and yelling. I waited a bit thinking they will go in their rooms and go to sleep, but no they didn’t. I hit my door and that offended them, they started insulting us and yelling even more. The phone in the room is a piece of crap never got it to work to call the front desk. I tried calling front desk but with international codes and all I couldn’t get thru. I did look out the window and saw “security with a radio in his hand but they didn’t do anything about it. When I finally got through they come and knock on our door and ask who the people were.They knew exactly who they were. The people asked for room service. That’s ridiculous that they allow this. Disturbing all the guest. All they said was they were going to keep and eye on them the next night well we were already leaving. We stayed at this hotel quite a bit but this was our last time. The restaurant is fair. Just don’t expect great service. Don’t bring coffee have to keep looking for the waiter and asking him for more coffee.
