HORRIBLE ROOM
The room was nasty it was mild in the bathroom and in the room where the fridge belonged there was no fridge and we Goulding close the curtains the walls and the floors were dirty I do not recommend others to stay there

Stay somewhere else...
I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room, I found food items left under the bed from a previous visitor...eww! The older gentleman at the front counter was not friendly at all....appeared to be bothered by people coming and going. After my stay I was charged $12? When I called to ask about the fee I was being charged - I was told it was to cover the free breakfast?? The hotel site says free breakfast!! Very disappointed - stay somewhere else.

It kept getting worse and worse!
This trip was bad from the time I entered the room! I got all my belongings to the room and went to the restroom only to find the toilet splattered with urine and on the floor. I took a picture and returned to the desk to inform the clerk it needed to be cleaned. She informed me that there was not anyone there in housekeeping, but she would move me to another room. That room apparently is NOT used on a regular basis. The flat surfaces were so dirty, I went back to the front desk to ask for a rag and disinfectant to clean MYSELF! I was given a bottle with a yellow fluid in it and NO LABEL. I returned to the room to clean the shower because there was mold on the walls, I cleaned the sink area, the desk and the two nightstands. The rag was so dirty when I completed the cleaning, I was outraged! As I prepared my attire for the function I was attending, I noticed there was no iron in the room, I went BACK to the front desk to ask for an iron and was told, "maybe someone took it." I let her know I did not care, I needed an iron to prep my clothes. No iron never came. The staff person told me she was the only one there and could not leave the desk. I told the front desk of my discontent with the situation and demanded a refund. I was told the request needed to go through expedia because it was booked through hotel.com. I typically do not complain, but this was unacceptable. The nastiness and the run around was disappointing, to say the least. Just messy all around!

Great Value--Don't Expect High End Amenities
Zero complaints about this hotel. If you are looking for an inexpensive place to stay with your family while in the area, and just need a place to sleep and get dressed for the day, I cant imagine a better option for the price. Its not new. Its not fancy. Its not impeccably clean--but it works.

Comfortable night
We stayed for one night king size bed. Many reviews where bad so we asked to see the room before booking. The 1st room was clean and comfortable. Once at the desk that room had been booked so We where switched to a 4th floor king. It was clean and comfortable and we slept Fine. Many reviews complained about sheet stains but our where white and stain free. Other reviews where complaining about the tub being dirty. Ours was stained but many products could fix this such as the pink stuff with a magic eraser.

You get what you pay for. :-/
For a non smoking room, it sure did smell like a family of smokers just left there. The front desk gave us some spray that helped but I had to wait an hour to get it, and had to go down to get it myself because she forgot.
