8/10 Very good

Reasonable price for location, and room size good for a single. The overall look is shabby but clean. Meal options limited, as was the range for the buffet service. Preferred to eat elsewhere.

2/10 Poor

Read reviews before booking
Given room 612 and it was not made up, then given 613 which had Mould on ceiling, dirty, smelly outdated, uncomfortable worn out mattress. Door onto balcony had complete lock assembly missing and a chain to keep it closed. Tv stand had big hole in the top.fridge door was filthy and looked as it had not been cleaned in a long time.we were told we had to pay for breakfast and had to show our initial booking showing it was included,Another couple complaining about there room while we were at reception . We cancelled our next night stay and booked elsewhere.

2/10 Poor

JUST DON'T, Bed bugs & moldy mattress. I started to notice bites on myself & my daughter. I first thought maybe insect bites. I investigated further into the problem. Only to find a mattress riddled with molder. I approached reception. I discussed & provided pictures of molder & strong suspicion of bed bugs. I was told the cleaners would investigate & fumigate if needed. For the molder I was told a mattress protector would be applied. This I was absolutely appalled. After returning to the hotel in the evening. I investigated the bedding only to find a thin cheap mattress protector to protect us from module. I then sprayed the bed with dust mite spray. That is when I discovered bed bugs. What's even more heart breaking I've tried to contact hotel neuromas times with no reply. I've even tried to report the hotel. To the QLD government & others, no-one wants to make theses types of premises accountable. I even have pic's to prove it. JUST DO NOT STAY HERE

- The swimming pool closed at 6pm (which wasn’t stated on the website) - there was not a working spa, could not find the sauna. - no working tennis court - had to ask for daily bath mat - the smoke alarm flashed a bright green light above the bed every 60 seconds or so. - wifi hardly worked - no PowerPoints near beds - no fan in the bathroom - no where to hang your clothes or towels to dry. - the place was a lot older then the photos looked - the hall way light came over the door every night, made the room quite light - over 2km walk to the city
