The room was OK, the carpets need to be updated or at least cleaned. The overall room needs attention. The toilet ran continuously, so the bathroom door had to be kept shut to get to sleep. I got locked out of my room for over an hour due to the lock sensor malfunction. The TV reception was fuzzy, so watching a movie was out. The staff was very attentive and made themselves available at a moments notice. The room served it's purpose, which was a place to sleep, but I won't go back to this hotel again.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
This was the dirtiest motel I've ever stayed in. Hair all on the linen along with stains. Urine stains in the bath tub. Permanent stains on the carpet. The clerk who checked me in was explaining to another person step by step how to complete the process which she didn't know how to do herself. She charged my credit card twice and promised one charge would fall off the next morning after the night audit. Which it didn't. My credit card company called the front desk multiple times asking them to do a reversal on the charge. Nicholas aka Nicko was extremely arrogant and rude. Told me he couldn't fix the mistake because he was perfect and doesn't make those kind of mistakes. The elevator was broken, the ice machine on my floor was broken. Another customer told me at check out that his room had electrical wires exposed in the ceiling.

Poor representation of the Wyndham brand!!!
The staff was the most helpful. The hotel elevator was very dirty and dilapidated, choose to take the stairs to the 3rd floor where our room was. The false advertisement on the page of the outside look and the inside condition was very , very, very disheartening. The key stopped working in our door and when the key was reset by the staff it still didn't work. The young lady apologized and asked were we going back out, if so upon our return get her and she would use the master key to open the door... each time!

The pictures are very misleading! Location is right by the interstate. The rooms is old, dirty and stinks. The dresser had old clothes in there. Some of the rooms are under construction. Pool wasn't clean. Breakfast is not the best. I would not recommend this place.

The room did not look like it did on -line. And we were thinking because it's was supposed to be near the airport that it would have been much better. The elevator smelled like urine so me and my husband and to take stairs.The bathroom was dirty, the pillow case we're dirty and the room smelled fun. There were people outside that looked very sketchy and the location was in the hood. I could go on and on but we will never stay at another Super 8 again.
