Hotel fail
We booked two nights. After the first night we advised the desk clerk that the toilet wouldn’t stop running and the sink faucet was leaking. We were told they fixed them while we were out. They did not fix them. My husband had to keep taking the lid off the toilet and keep adjusting the valve so the toilet would fill and we could flush it. We spent two nights listening to a toilet run. But the worst part was when I made a review comment on hotels.com and they contacted the hotel the hotel basically lied and said they fixed it. They did not. That’s poor management.

Breakfast was disappointing especially eggs. Gravy and batter was wayered down. Otherwise everything was fine.

The hotel, itself, was nice. Room was clean and comfortable. However, there was plenty of room for a recliner in the room. That would have been wonderful. As for the breakfast....yuk. We ate there ONCE. The next day we went into town to a restaurant and the next day and the next day. I know it was a "free" (ha) breakfast, but they could do better.

Lady at check in was a little terse at check in when she could not locate our second room. Also refused to let us give hotels.com confirmation number to find the room. What’s the point of having a reservation number if the hotel cannot find your reservation and in fact refuses to let you give it. Other than that hotel was clean and about what I expected for the price. Dining room was clean and pleasant for breakfast. Overall a nice hotel for the price.

Branson’s best-kept secret!
Of the dozens of hotels we could've stayed at in Branson, I’m so glad we stayed at Branson Towers. Coming through the front doors, the lobby was grand and beautiful and the staff at the desk were so nice. Our room was very clean and the beds were really comfortable! I slept like a baby! In the evenings, an unexpected surprise was having a very talented gentleman play on a grand piano in the lobby, who also entertained us with stories of his childhood and how he had been inspired by Liberace, a famous and flamboyant pianist of the 60’s and 70’s. In addition, ice cream and root beer floats were offered to the customers that gathered in the lobby to hear this young man play & share stories. It was fun and a great way to meet some of the other guests. The coffee in the mornings was terrific and we enjoyed a spacious and sunny breakfast area to gather in. There were lots of choices of foods to eat for breakfast, but they were the same choices day after day. When guests are staying for several days at a time, I think alittle variety would be good! For example, different fruit options each morning, and maybe a different meat choice each morning: ham, sausage, bacon. The location of Branson Towers made it really easy to find in the city, parking was convenient, and getting back & forth to the many attractions and shows was also easy. My husband & I will visit Branson in the spring to see a new production at the Sight & Sound Theater and we’ll definitely stay at the Branson Tower
