Very satisfied.
Loved the fact that we parked our vehicle and was taken downtown by a transit bus made the stay a lot better. Room was great and clean. Employees was very helpful and made things better. Transit river was awesome and helpful, he needs recognition for that. We will be back.

Paid a premium, received sub par.
Simple check in process. Paid a premium price ($269.00/night) with a required 2 night stay. Hotel is nothing more than an inexpensive, no frills place. We were in room 118. I'm not sure how often it is used but the photo shows the bugs I picked up off the floor upon arrival. Tried to kill a spider on the wall, missed it, spent 30 minutes searching to find it. Let's just say moving nightstands is not recommended! Cleaning behind them is not a regular activity at this hotel. Bed was hard, pillows without any substance, small and rough towels all coupled with a dingy feel and musty smell. Front desk stated they would relay the information to the "boss" but offered no apologies or price adjustments. We stayed because it was prepaid and close to 11pm when we checked in. Note though, we slept with the lights on and one eye open. WOULD NOT stay here again.

Good place to stay.
I usually stay a few times a year, and really enjoy the “log cabin” decor of my room. Customer service (front desk) is always very courteous and helpful. My issue is the cleanliness. The fridge/freezer was dirty. The carpet made my white sox brown. My towels were clean, but stained. The shower curtain was gross! I like this hotel, but the rooms need to be cleaned better.
