Quality Inn, Winslow
Good hotel
Newly remodeled room, nice linens, pool and hot tub. Pool tools are small and scratchy, otherwise great stay

Clean and convenient
Property was conveniently located right off interstate. It was dingy, shabby and in definite need of a complete overhaul. E.g. paper peeling on Wall by tub. However it was clean, staff were friendly and we were tired. The price was “on sale” but certainly not worthy of any higher tariff. To be fair, the town itself was shabby except for one high end hotel. It is not on my list of Qyality Inns to re- visit

Quality Inn, Winslow
I will never return to this hotel. It was a halfway point to our road trip and I booked it because it had a nice pool and breakfast in the morning. Well, the pool was absolutely horrible. Within minutes of my kids being in they were choking from the chlorine fumes and it was ice cold, not heated like advertised. The pool area was also very, very dark. After that ordeal I brought my kids back to the room to take a bath to rinse all the chlorine off and there was NOOOOO hot water. My husband went down to the front desk only to be told that we could move rooms if we wanted to. Yes please let me move all FIVE of us at 8:00 pm to another room. No thank you. Then at 9:30 we get a call to our room saying the hot water would be fixed by 10. Are you kidding me.....did I mention we were on a long road trip and getting up early the next morning to hit the road. Needless to say my kids were woken up by the phone call, the hot water was not fixed by 10. Woke up at 5 the next morning and guess what????? There was still NO hot water. Never again will I stay here and after this I am second guessing staying at any Quality Inn at ll. Save yourself the money and go on up the road, this was miserable.
