Thin walls and weird TVs
Overall, my stay was good. I was disappointed that the walls were so thin but things got quite fairly early at night. Instructions are definitely needed in each room to operate the TV's. Location and access are very good.

Stinky
Room stunk bad. Bed uncomfortable, everything outdated, every day I went to breakfast there wasn’t anything left A lot of homeless in this area because of the recycling business nearby.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Motel is located on business 97, which meant easy access to shopping and restaurants. Really fresh donuts and pastries were offered at breakfast. You would be out of luck if you were expecting warm food. Overall good value and good experience.

Poor 2.0
WORST EVER
I have been to Bend several times with both family and friends and keep coming back. This trip was because one of my daughters was competing in the Cascadian Classic. I booked this hotel because the room offered a king and a queen sofa bed as their business suite and we had 3 people staying. The queen sofa bed was entirely unacceptable for sleeping in. Late the first night, I contacted the front desk and asked about getting a second room as one of our party was a heavy snorer and none of us were going to get any sleep. I asked for a single room. I was given a rate which I thought was reasonable but they said they could only give me that rate for one night not the 3 nights that we were scheduled. The next 2 nights would be more. The gal on the night shift was rude and had the door locked the second time I came down. She stood on the other side of the glass door on the phone looking at me and wanted to know what I wanted. After she let me in, she made some snide comments about not opening the door to just anyone. Well hello, the hotel advertises a lobby open all night. And she knew I was a guest because she had just seen me. The WiFi never worked. Upon checkin, Chad who was working the front desk came to our room and tried to help, but said that for some reason Iphones weren’t able to log on. It never did work even though a technician was supposed to have looked at it the next day. The breakfast closes at 9:00 and we never could take advantage of that.
