The room was very clean but the mattress was worst I’ve ever slept on. It needs to be replaced. The walls were so thin that we could hear every thing the people were saying next door. The staff where very friendly and helpful.

Lovely people
The hotel staff is friendly and accommodating, making for a pleasant stay. The parking is convenient and hassle-free. The kids referred to the hotel as "home"
It was such a great stay! The room was very clean, and the staff was so friendly. The breakfast area was also very clean and always stocked. The area is safe and parking was plentiful. We had 2 rooms that were connected. Whenever the kids were wiped out from our daily adventures, they would ask to "go home", meaning the hotel. They were quite comfortable there, too. To save money on vacation, I always pack easy meals like sandwich stuff and microwave mac and cheese. The fridge and microwave were put to good use.

Great hotel service and location!
This was a perfect location to visit Monterey and Carmel by the Sea. The room was spacious, price was good, breakfast was nice too and included tidy, croissant:, bagels, some breakfast pastries, pancakes, cereals, yogurt, boiled eggs and fruit. There were also some Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches (but none were vegetarian). Honestly, the stay was one of our best in our Cali road trip itinerary- def one of the best Best Westerns I’ve stayed at and I would mostly definitely stay here again!
