The staff were neutral as long as you didn't have an issue. I witnessed another person try to address an issue and the attendant instantly became sharp and cold. My room was filthy and in disrepair. I'm still having issues with them not returning my security deposit

Lesson learned / God is Good / Received refund
Dead flies by bathroom sink and bees on the bathroom mirror. Cinder blocks used for bed frame. AC was locked out of the room area and was set on energy saver blowing through a 4”X6” louvre into the arch wall not getting to the bedroom. It was 96 degrees that day and the AC kept turning off making the room hot and uncomfortable. Walls were puttied and not sanded or painted. Orange juice was 1/4 juice 3/4 water. Checked out early the following morning and property owner not willing to cash refund 2nd night stay and paid $100 cash for incidental. Owner said hotel.com had to reimburse us and I explained that we did not pay online so we wouldn’t receive credit on a card. I said we paid CASH for 2 nights plus cash deposit and that hotel.com sent me a message stating refund to be paid at property site. I showed the owners the message from hotel.com agent and after 2 hours we were refunded.

Stayed for several days terriable cleaning staff stole some cleaning supplies I needed for my bike that I always carry left wax took everything else . When I asked they said I misplaced how the fk I misplace I left early refused to stay they still charged me for night I didn’t stay the should pray I don’t come back
