Broken TV
Genoa is a lovely place, but not that many things to do in the surrounding area especially at night. Hotel was fine but when we checked into our room the Tv had a crack straight down the middle, the guests before us must of broke it and left without telling, meaning we had no Tv for the whole of our stay which was disappointing. The receptionist came to check the Tv and asked us if we wanted to move rooms and we said yes, so she said she will get another room ready and come collect us when it was ready. However, she did not come and get us after waiting for 2 hours we went down to find her but she wasn't there, so rather than explaining all this to the new receptionist we decided to leave it because it was too much hassle and we just wanted to unpack our things.
