AVOID THIS HORROR SHOW OF A HOTEL
The whole experience was like something from a horror movie. We go to check in, and no one was there to help us. I had to go outside to the four employees just standing there to ask for help. They then proceeded to bicker amongst themselves for about 5 minutes tring to figure out which room to put us in. When we finally had our room keys we (very hesitantly) made our way to the room (if you can call it that). The outside was littered with trash and the paint was peeling off the door and walls. We opened the door to find a dingy, FILTHY, scary excuse for a hotel room. There were stains all over the carpet. The furniture looked like it was from the 70's. There were cigarette burns in the comforter...which looked like it haden't been washed for a few years. Needless to say we prompty went back to the front desk and asked for our money back. If there is anything positive to say about our experience here it would be that we had no problem getting a refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!

Worst Hotel Ever
When first entering the hotel, there was a big, orange violation sticker stating that their roof construction was not being done by a licensed contractor, and thus, were in violation of city ordinances. While making our way to our room, the hallways and staircases were filled with trash, drywall from construction, and mushrooms growing on the baseboards. The room itself had blood and food splatter on the walls, blood on the toilet, and we were forced to wear shoes the whole time. When my friend woke up the next morning, she found a tick in her bed. We were in a hurry to get to an event the night we checked in, so we were not able to go down and complain until the morning. I told the front clerk and the owner how disgusting the place was and everything we had encountered. The owner was very defensive and said that her maintenance staff was busy working on the construction and might have let the cleaning slip a little. First off, your maintenance and housekeeping staff are two different groups, and your construction is illegal anyways. She would not give me any money back, and asked me to not post any reviews or pictures. What a disgusting hotel with awful customer service. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here. Pay the extra money and find a place that is actually clean and safe!

Friendly people trying to run a hotel but very hard trying to compete with the other major brands. Place is run down but clean. Breakfast was very poor. I feel bad for them. Poor area next to railroad tracks.

DO NOT STAY HERE FOR ANY REASON !! Beware !!!!
We arrived after dark.Place was dark and looked rundown and deserted. Woman at front desk was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately it was the second worst hotel I have ever booked. It did not look anything quite as bad on the internet as it actually was. I changed rooms and was weary about sleeping in the bed let alone taking a shower. first room seemed like it wasnt finished getting cleaned. Second room Towels had stains and thread bare in spots. Asked for new ones. Sheets had one hair and worn mattresses. Asked for other sheets and made one bed we shared. One double bed had a full size mattress pad and the other had a twin pad on a double bed.Blankets and beds were dated. Sinks were replaced some time ago and had pit marks on them. Our room actually had two sinks. Hot water didnt work on one of them. The Towel racks were also pitted. Metal Soap dishes in the wall of the shower were also pitted and green from chemicals. Water DID get hot,About the only really good thing besides the clerk. Evidently, the hotel may have residents in it other then some contractors working on the place. The second building they owned was abandoned due to fire. Place would have potential if it was greatly fixed up but still not in a very good neighborhood. Down the street there were a few other run down hotels still open and it was too dark in the area at night to feel comfortable .
