With the prostitution and the drug dealing that is happening there we felt completely unsafe. We went to the front desk and asked if there was anything they could do and they just said they processed me a refund handed me a paper and said. Your key will work one last time. That I would have to deal with expedia and good luck with that

Worse place ever
Key wouldn’t open our door. Went to office, staff had locked office door and wouldn’t open to speak with me. Had to go to a different hotel. This place was filthy n the exterior and drug dealers all around.

The service was lousy, checking office was closed at 9pm. I had to look for a security guard in the parking lot to check in. The room was also filthy, the towels were stained black, there were also holes in the ceiling in the room. There are also foul smelling stains alongside the staircase.

Room is disgusting. Wore shoes in the shower because the whole bath liner was missing. There seems to be people living in this building and they are playing music and fighting/yelling right outside our door. Very sketchy neighbourhood. Do yourself a favour and do not stay here

No water. It was blamed on the city of Victorville. The whole stay no water. No toilet, no sink, no shower. No nothing.
