The hotel was great, but a few things happened that were strange. The signage in the building was wrong so we had a little trouble finding our room. Once in our room the nightstand, which was attached to the wall fell off! The we realized that there were no towels in our room. Just som weird little things, other than that we were fine!

Wonderful property.
The stay was great especially being upgraded room. The baseboards of one of the beds was not screwed on so we had to make sure my baby didnt get caught up in that. Was severely dissapointed with the pool situation. We were told the pool would open back up at 7. Went out in the cold to find out it was still closed so only a couple of my family members could swim in the hottub only. I cant take my baby and my other son swimming in the cold. That was the main thing we were really excited for on this property. I didnt have time to explore more but it looks wonderful. The rooms are quiet.

This is a huge property. Lots of buildings holding rooms, 2 pools (Indoor and out) 2 restaurants, arcade and bowling alley. My first impression of our room wasn’t the best. It had a strange odor that never left. Although we didn’t travel with pets, there was a kennel in the room. It seems like the hefty pricing is paying more for the facility than the room. I would have liked the room to be more attractive for the price.
