Slipped and fell in bathroom
I’m not sure what they use to clean bathroom floor, but it is extremely slippery. I f fell in the bathroom. The general manager was really rude to me.demanded I sign her paper or go to er. I asked her what about my dogs and she said they couldn’t stay there(even though I had already paid for another night)and she said they weren’t their responsibility! So EMS was called and the ladies allowed my 2 little mixed Chihuahuas to come along with me in the ambulance and at the ER the dogs were allowed in the room with me. I do want to add that for the last 33 years my husband and I have traveled with up to 5 small dogs at a time. We have stayed in motels and in a tent rv, we have NEVER had a complaint about our dogs barking. I got 2 calls in about an hours time that my dogs were barking. Thankfully I didn’t break anything, but bruised my ribs, forearm and back. I am on so much pain! I will be going back to Henderson, tx but I will not stay at same motel. Nobody from the motel has contacted me to see how I am doing. Very disappointed with motel 6.

Very clean and friendly staff. It is not a 5 star resort and wasn't expecting one. It did exceed my expectations. I was looking for a quick overnight stay midway through traveling.

Comfortable stay
Keep in mind this is a bare necessity type of stay. It is quiet even though its extremely full. Pool is sparkling clean, staff is friendly. Towels are white and fluffy. Bed is comfortable. There just are no extras. Which is fine considering I normally carry my own and am onlu a few miles from family. This will be my new spot to stay.

This property was dirty, mud all over the lobby. Problems with room key. Old fabric recliner in room. Looked like they got it from the trash. Blankets did not seem clean took them off and sat on chair. Because we were not sitting in it. Will not stay there again.
