Not worth the money
Upon check in the staff didn’t offer any help with the bags, we found out about some unexpected fees and the staff explained these. The room was very small, cramped and so was the bathroom. The bed was uncomfortable. The staff did replace the non working refrigerator and explained why there was no A/C. For the price, I wouldn’t stay here.

I do not recommend this hotel.
The hotel was quite disappointing. The rooms are small and cramped. They do not come with a safe. The floors felt like they hadn’t been cleaned in some time, which makes me wonder what else hadn’t been cleaned. We paid to get a better room, but the WiFi doesn’t work above the second floor. The showers are so small that you’ll bang into the walls if you try to turn. This is one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

Not in the heart of Rome
We stayed here based on another's recommendation. The hotel and room were fine. The breakfast was great. The location was a bit out of the way and not much around the area. The first day we walked to the central part of Rome with all of the main sights...it was a long walk but there's a tram that you can grab just behind the hotel that was much better. You walk so much from sight to sight, it's worth buying the 24 hour bus/tram/metro ticket if you stay here. We also had to take it to the Vatican. Hotel staff was friendly. Room was small. All TV channels were in Italian (great for me as I'm learning the language), it said there was CNN in English but we never found it.
