Nice Hotel near Ginza
Hotel staff were very helpful. Nice hotel with a great view from lobby. Walking distance to Ginza area. Breakfast was a little expensive but there was a nice variety of food.

Conflicted review
The hotel is in a great location ny the Shimbashi train station. The staff was very nice, the breakfast buffet was the best, and the rooms are well kept. However, the bed was way too firm and very comfortable. Not sure we would go back.

Exceptional 10.0
Nice stay with a great view
This hotel certainly delivered on views. We took a Tokyo Tower view room and really appreciated the location, high floor and sweeping windows of the city. Enough room to settle in for a while, though we were surprised by the bed format (two beds pushed together), so you won't exactly be able to sleep in the middle. Access to the hotel is great, you can take elevator access within the tower all the way down into the Shiodome underground for a quick exit to the trains. The staff was very helpful and courteous, though I still don't understand how I managed to spend 900 yen per cup of coffee while I was getting started in the morning.
