We had zero hot water though! Wasn’t even offered a partial comp. They made it seem like oh well we can’t do anything about so. Wasn’t looking for a full comp just something since we had freezing showers and paid over $100 for one night.

Ridiculous that they advertise INDOOR POOL then only upon arrival do we learn that it is CLOSED INDEFINITELY! Seems to me that since I brought my bathing suit and paid more than the alternative places, I should be receiving a rebate. Otherwise, very nice room and staff, especially impressed by the breakfast serving help.

A good night's rest
Breakfast bar was fantastic.The bed was very comfortable,however we spotted a brown roach crawling up the bathroom wall. Staff was friendly and helpful.Bathroom lighting was very dim, making it somewhat difficult to apply my make-up.
