When we checked in late at night, Victoria was so helpful and accommodating. She set the tone for a great stay. And, in the morning, Shay's greeting set us on our way. They are the ultimate representatives of Hilton and deserve to be honored.

We chose to stay here for a soccer tournament so the boys could swim. When we got here we were told the pool was not working. I spent more money to stay here for the pool and as a single mom I can’t do this often for my boys so this was very disappointing.

My stay was excellent. My room was very clean the bed was super comfortable the shower was nice and hot for three people taking a shower one after the other the complimentary breakfast was excellent and last but not least the entire staff from registration to serving breakfast to housekeeping was superb!!! I would recommend this hotel to everyone and it will be my choice of hotels from now on!

Hotel could use some TLC
Elevator needs floor repaired or replaced, elevator was very noisy and clunks and shudders when landing. Light bulb burned out entry to rm 218. Piece of carpet appears to be cut out. Hotel starting to show signs of aging. Nothing major and did not affect comfort.

Was not informed upon check-in that rooms are not cleaned daily. You have to ask for service prior to 10 am. To get cleaning done. Then when they clean they only left 1 wash cloth. While edible the breakfast was pretty bland.
