The 1st room offered had such a terrible odour it would have been impossible for anyone to stay in it The 2nd room had 2 single beds and was much smaller than what we paid for. We were told nothing else available unless we paid for an upgrade! Refused to pay any more $$ and was shown another small room and given ultimatum that this was the last offer! No apologies from anyone! Very poor customer service!
