Unpleasantly surprised.
We expected a cozy period "guest house" feeling. The room and bath were tiny, the bed saggy, hard pillows hard, no wash cloths in the room, staff unhelpful and unwelcoming with extra charges (parking, breakfast), internet hard to access. It wasnot warm and cozy but as expected, but shabby and uninteresting with fake flowers and an institutional feel. Not good value for money spent.

The shower was so small, almost couldn't get out of it. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice and quiet.

Great place!
Perfect spot. Clean and comfortable, good location near the airport- but not too close. Nice neighborhood.

Fantastic Staff!!!
The front desk reception, Lisa was awesome in helping my family set up tours for some of the local attractions like Guinness and the Gaol. It would have been a disaster if she hadn't have helped us as tours would have been sold out! Thank you, Lisa for making our family trip so special. We plan to stay again soon. Would recommend this B & B highly!!!

Perfect for what I needed.
I traveled solo. Only my second trip out of the US. I’ve always wanted to visit Ireland for the beautiful landscapes. Egan’s was close to bus stops so I could get anywhere I needed to go. Great places to eat around the area as well and they gave me many great recommendations which turned out to be a Godsend. They recommended a wonderful touring company that was very affordable and I ended up doing four all day tours of beautiful Ireland. My room was always clean with a fresh supply of coffee everyday. Definitely a wonderful place to stay and will stay there again on future trips to Ireland.
