They just reopened Dec 30th. Everything has been redone. No complaints. The staff was so friendly m. It was safe! They always had someone to buzz you in. Although this is not a complaint but if you have trouble going up stairs request a lower level room. We loved our room but after a long day of being out in New Orleans. The stairs were a killer. There is no elevators! Also the parking is first come first serve. It is a small lot. Luckily my husband and I got there early enough to get a parking spot in their lot. Someone else wasn’t so lucky. She was so mad about it she canceled her trip?? There is other parking through the city!! I’d stay here again!! Thank you Hotel Royal staff! Y’all are awesome!
