Will never go back
No HOT water the entire stay even after complaining and being told they had no other rooms and someone was working on it. No washcloths. Had to buy some at wal mart. Bugs in room. Smelled of urine. Holes in the walls and paint peeling from walls. Shower feels like it’s falling through the floor. Bed sank when you laid down in it. Literally the worst stay I’ve ever had and I travel a lot! We are returning next year for Gulf Coast Jam but will never stay here again.

Not so good. Old property. Have to change towel by myself. Small parking lot. Electric shock when I cook in the kitchen. Loud outside at midnight. Out 1st floor light is turn on and off continuously.

Big Mistake
Overall it was an awful experience. With The amount paid, I didn’t expect a 5 star experience but a decent stay. But it was way below even decent hotel. The first room given was not properly cleaned, had stains on toilet and tubs. Upon complaining we were given another one which was little better so we adjusted it. On 3rd night there was a water leakage from adjacent room which caused flooding and we had to shift to another room but no apology from the staff or help other than handling over the key for another room. During checkout when tried to convey the same to the front desk stuff she even didn’t bother listen, and just told that I am good to go and would get my deposit back. Again no apology from the stuff. There was ad in the hoarding that kids eat free at sharky’s , but was not given the voucher needed for the same, so had to pay for the kids food at Sharky’s. Very much frustrating experience which killed our vacation which could have been much better experience.

Worst vacation ever!
I had no hot water for 4 days of my stay even after moving to 3 different rooms, the last one being a king suite instead of a kitchenette which caused me to have to throw away over $100 worth of groceries. The manager I spoke to, who was extremely rude as if I was ruining her day, offered me a 50% refund for 3 days, but then only refunded 50% for 2 days. I had to spend an extra hour during my checkout to make sure I was actually refunded as said manager claimed to have approved this refund but had not done so when I called to double check. I literally had to call Hotels.com on speaker and take it to this manager after I had already given them 2 days to take care of it.. This vacation was a disaster and the hotel did not even come close to making things right!
