Excellent service and very friendly staff from valet to front desk to housekeeping. The location is great to explore the Moinhos de Vento neighborhood, which is filled with interesting cafes and restaurants. If you’re into fitness, the park across the street is great for running, and the hotel is next door to a CrossFit box (called Open,) where you can work out while enjoying a view to the park.

Some of the stuff was not friendly. Didnt give solution or willing to help with the noise on the apartment above Didnt fix the water in the tap Didnt give alternative to the room door that couldnt be locked. Really horrible, was not like that the last time I stayed there

Os studios do hotel no anexo B propiciam um distanciamento e uma estadia vantajosos aos viajantes em especial aos que viajam em família. A proximidade do Parque Moinhos de Vento (Parcão) confere um charme único e a possibilidade de caminhadas com ar puro e fresco. (Em relação ao espaço eu já frequentava antes sob a administração anterior, haviam mais comodidades disponíveis como utensilios básicos em termos de recipientes p/aquecer água p/o mate e frigideira/panela baixa p/fritar ovos e/ou café/lanches rápidos - sugiro reativar, mas ter um cooktop a gás, geladeira normal e micro-ondas já fazem toda a diferença p/uma estadia maior.)

O hotel está muitíssimo bem localizado, em frente ao parque moinho de ventos e cercado de diversas conveniências. O quarto em que me hospedei acomoda com conforto 1 casal e 2 crianças. O fator negativo fica por conta de enxoval de baixa qualidade, lençóis ásperos e com aspecto de não terem sido adequadamente higienizados entre a última estadia e a minha. O café da manhã é objetivo. Não voltaria a ficar no hotel devido a condição dos lençóis e travesseiros.

O serviço do hotel é bom, a localização excelente, o restaurante muito agradável, o café da manhã muito bom, com produtos artesanais muito bem feitos e frescos. O grande problema é o deslocamento dentro do hotel. Existem 2 blocos um dos quais é dentro de um condomínio e que servem também para Airbnb. Não se pode sair pela entrada do condomínio. Temos que dar uma volta. Outro problema, o hotel não disponibiliza copos nos apartamentos. Achei um absurdo. Os funcionários são muito gentis e educados.
