Rooms are not bad, spacious if you pay extra. Location is nice, central and walkable to major attractions. Breakfast was pretty poor - ran out of food, food quality wasn't good. Controlled portions, not the buffet. Made to order omelette was good. The hotel provided a paid shuttle service to the airport which was nice.

We stayed in Istanbul at Erguvan Hotel for a week. We had an option of complimentary breakfast at the time of booking. The staff were quite helpful and very professional in answering useful questions about maneuvering the city and using public transport. The staff regularly clean the rooms and the ambiance is very sanitary. We took the option of airport transfer from the Hotel to airport, and they take the standard fare for the same. The location provides wonderful morning views of the old city looking over Bosphorus and the port as well as the Blue Mosque. The area seems to be safe for travellers, there are several dining options in the area that stay open till late which is a plus. Blue Mosque, Aya Sofya, Topkapi palace, Grand bazar, metro rail, Basilica cistern are all in a walking distance. We would recommend to anyone for short stay and vacation.

Very good
Very good hotel with pleasant service. Good internet, sometimes lower speed sometimes higher. Nice view of the Marble sea from the terrace. Healthy and tasty food on breakfasts. Has heating system in room - in winter it was really important. Nearby you can find lots of restaurants and historical attractions.

Very nice hotel. Good staff who look after you. Close to all the main sights within Sultan Ahmet. My 2nd stay at this hotel and would stay again. Breakfast could have a few more options but that is not a major issue at all.
