The room to have breakfast was small, very crowded, no extra supplies ie napkins, forks etc, ran out of food and no replenishment. Rooms were nice, but the surrounding room noise was loud. The staff was very friendly, did a great job welcoming everyone but often seemed confused and not knowledgeable. Rooms were clean and very nice.

Aside from the pool being a perfect smaller size/depth for our family of 6, I won’t be going back. Our tvs had to be reset three times for the cable to work, there is no fan in the bathroom so it fogged up with every shower (that was a just minor inconvenience) staff was almost non existent. The sketchy line cooks hang out in the hotel lobby and the continental breakfast was like a “every man for himself” experience. There were 8 tables for the 70 something rooms. It was packed and we were all fighting over one waffle maker because the “hot food” pans were empty. I just felt bad for my kids at that point. Overall, the pool and location of the hotel were my only positive takeaways.
