Air conditioning during conference was too cold. I personally think the price of the room is high for what you get. Not competitive with other hotels in Toronto but this is where our conference is.

Honestly I don’t know why there are so many mixed reviews and I really don’t know why a lot of the reviews are negative...? The hotel was great! The room reminded me of a dorm, it had a living room area with a couch separate from the bedroom, and a nice sized bathroom! Everything was very clean, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, the room was spacious, and overall comfortable!
