Disappointed in condition of room. Dirty hot and bathroom needed serious cleaning. Free breakfast was ok. Reception staff was pleasant for signing in and calling cab would not recommend. .

Very comfortable stay close to Train Station
The hotel personnel was very helpful and friendly, the check-in and checkout was very smooth. Something that you need to aware of is that there is a big soccer fan base close to the hotel, so if the local soccer team wins a match they throw a big party that you would not believe how load it gets, music, singing, even fireworks! But, eventually they quiet down before midnight. Just part of the culture in Napoli! Overall, it was a great experience, close to the Train Station and really nice Pizzerias, L'antica Pizzeria da Michele and D'Angeli. I personally prefer D'Angeli after trying both of them, practically across the street from the hotel.

It was ok
The building is old, pretty typical of European hotels. Not impressive or fancy at all. For the price it was reasonable. Would have rated it higher but upon arrival, the desk clerk was rude. Everyone else was nice. Wifi was not very good, couldn't get it in the room, just in the lobby. For the price, I was satisfied.

Not great, wouldn't recommend
Some of the staff were very friendly. However, there was one who was particularly unhelpful. Apart from that, the rooms are very small, the shower is hard to get right and badly designed. The neighbourhood feels fairly rough. Not a pleasant stay. The lighting in the bedrooms is awful, which makes it feel quite depressing. Breakfast was included and was ok, probably the best feature of the hotel.

Room ok, service variable, location not great.
This place isn't in the best location (other than the fact that it's very close to Naples Central Station). I don't like to have left a poor review for the service provided, because most of the people working there are fairly friendly and helpful. However, there was just one guy at reception who was so completely disinterested, unfriendly, in helping me with any questions or helping me, that it left a bad overall impression. He was the guy with the beard and pony tail btw. Apart from that, the room is fine for a short stay for the price, but it's very dark (i.e. the lighting is terrible). The shower was one of those that's impossible to get the right temperature (either scalding hot or freezing). Quite a small cramped room, that would be awful for 2 people. The breakfast was one positive, decent continental (yoghurt, cereal) and a coffee. Nothing special, but it is a fairly cheap place. Anyway, my experience of Naples is that it's at best an ok place to visit, at worst a complete s***hole. This hotel unfortunately is surrounded by more of the negative aspects. If you are just staying in Naples for a night before moving on, then this place might be ok, as it's very near the train station (5 min walk). Other than that, I wouldn't recommend
