Weekend shopping

Hotel Metro, New York
Our room had issues
Room was large and had been remodelled, but very poor job on floor. There was debris under the vinyl floating floor so it wasn't flat and moved up and down as you walked over it. The room heater was very noisy with no low speed setting. TV got a good number of stations, but couldn't get networks NBC or ABC. Had them come to the room many times to fix it but that was a total waste of time, ended up having to pack up our stuff and change rooms. For over $300 per night this was not what we had expected. No compensation for bad experience since we prepaid through
