Pretty good for the price
The state of the hotel is older and there is a definite feeling of age to the rooms. They do supply a mini-frig, but the only sink is in the bathroom. The beds and bathroom did the job, and the AC was cool. Breakfast was fine, but didn't have a lot of options.

Bad stay
The check I was totally weird, some random guys was apparently freaking out the young girl at the desk , my room smelled so bad like mildew and mold I could barely sleep . I requested noon check out and and the cleaning lady are make noise and yelling at each other . So I could not sleep and at 11:40 . She’s knocking on my door asking if we are leaving. It overall was a pretty crappy experience.

Go across the street for a better hotel
I've stayed at several La Quinta Inns before, but this was the worse. The AC rattled all night. When I called the front desk early in the morning, she rudely said she could do nothing about it. The room had a broken door lock, the furniture scratched. The housekeeping staffed forgot to put coffee replacements in my room (I stayed for three days) and never changed the sheets. The towels were thin. The place was a big disappointment.
