Room had great view but needed a little TLC and not as advertised. No hot tub or washer and dryer. Paid $1/load at laundry facilities Day of check out...cleaning crew "checks room PRIOR to check out time and starts cleaning"....when i inquired at front desk...staff was pretty rude and said ..."that is the way we do things".
