Ambassadors Bloomsbury, London
Very basic
This place is very bare bones. The room is simple to the point of being bleak. The bathroom is small, which isn't terrible, but there isn't a single shelf to put anything on, and no separation between the shower floor and the rest of the space, so water goes everywhere. You have to keep all of your toiletries in the bedroom area. If you just need a place to sleep, this will do. If you're looking for somewhere to relax and feel comfortable, look for something else.

Loved the location. Close to bus stops, Euston Russell Square and Kings Cross underground. If you like walking the British Museum is not far away. One morning we walked for several minutes and ended up at Oxford Street/Tottingham?. We could see the London Eye and it did not seem that far away. The professionalism and service from the front desk was excellent. Room was very small and bathroom even smaller. We discovered a small refrigerator and safe on our last day. They were tucked away in the cupboards. All in all an okay stay.

Very Good8.0
The hotel room was quite small and with essentially no closet space. Fortunately we were staying there for only one night so it made little diference.

A hotel in town
The room is small, so it is difficult to manage the luggages. The doorman is really nice and helpful. He offers help initiative. Definitely an asset of the hotel.

Great location, average hotel
I arrived early and was told my room wasn't ready. I certainly understand that. But as I sat in the lobby getting organized for the day, several other guests arrived and were immediately checked in. When I returned later in the day, I was given a virtually windowless room that butted up against the elevator shaft. At checkout I mentioned how loud the room was and there was not even an apology for any inconvenience. I've stayed here before on several occasions and it has been fine, but after this stay I am unlikely to return.
