Nothing super special
Room was clean. Staff members were pleasurable, but no different than at any other hotel I have stayed at. Breakfast took forever to get (over an hour), so plan accordingly. BUT – let’s talk Toilet Paper. Bring your own. They were out in the lobby restroom (we checked in at 3am), and the room had 1 ply toilet paper. I would expect a better product at a 4 star hotel then I would receive in a motel. Overall – There was nothing soo super special that I would pay this amount of money to stay at this place again. You can get the same experience at almost any other hotel.

Disappointing and mediocre
I personally wouldn’t stay here again. It’s completely over rated. The service was mediocre at best. And the food was expensive and just ok. The rooftop bar wasn’t open even though it was warm outside and the ambiance just wasn’t hitting. For $375+ a night you are better off staying away from this property. The bellman was even lazy, didn’t help us with our bags instead stayed posted up at his post and watched us. Stay away….. this hotel isn’t all it’s cracked up to be.
