Great location
Hotel Reception team were not very friendly or helpful, indeed, they were quite awkward at times. The hotel itself is an ideal location though, and was perfectly clean and comfortable

Clean and convenient to the Metro.
The one bedroom apartment is much smaller than it appears. Perhaps if so much space wasn't given to the bathroom, the place wouldn't feel as cramped. However, it is Paris and the size comes with the territory. You are around the corner from the Moulin Rouge; the main road can be frenetic but once you turn on the hotel's block, it is much quieter. We also had a back garden that would be great if we were staying in the summer.

Our entire stay from start to finish was excellent!!! The entire hotel staff were professional, polite, helpful and did everything to ensure that our check-in & check-out process went smoothly. We will be coming back to this hotel in the near future.

Great staff and room setup
This place was great for a quick night in Paris. Staff was very nice and helpful. We luckily got a room with two terraces - it was perfect! My only complaint is the condition of the bathroom. Our glass shower partion was loose and almost came off and the tile was in rough shape. Overall a great place, though.

A mixed bagatelle...
This would be a five-star rating, except for a few small quibbles that might bother some people, although they were not a big deal for us: the room (and, more disturbingly, the bedding) had a faint smell of cigarette smoke. Most noticeable when you first entered the room, and of course, if you buried your head in a pillow. Maid service was non-existent, and the "niceties" were a small bar of soap and a container of bath gel mounted in the shower. Bring your own shampoo! Room had a kitchenette and a separate room for the toilet. Impossible to take a shower without getting water around the bathroom because of a short shower door. Our room looked out onto a cemetery, which I found romantic, but my spouse found creepy.
