Little run down, but serviceable.
All ice machines, and several vending machines were out of order. Guest Laundry room, pool table were also out of order. The overall condition of the hotel seems like it is severely overdue for a renovation. The bed appeared and room was clean, the hotel staff friendly. Fresh coat of paint, new flooring and trim, replace broken down old equipment, and the place would be hard to beat. As it is, it was one of the cheapest hotels I could find in Vermont. The pool appeared to be really clean, didn't have my swim trunks otherwise might have taken a dip.

Unclean
Room was not clean, bathroom had black mold in it, and not just a little. We ended up getting a new room which they gave us with no hassle, which was better, but overall it was not a clean place to stay. For $125 a night, you should at least feel comfortable showering in your room.
