Cute Place... Cold Staff
Adobe is a cute B&B that is actually a converted house with multiple rooms that are very close together, yet spacious (we stayed in the Adobe Suite). The property is pretty cute, not too much of a view like they proclaim but the room was comfortable, especially the bed. The staff leaves A LOT to be desired though and could use some classes on interpersonal communication and hospitality. I'm not sure 'innkeeper' is really the proper career focus of the two owners and/or perhaps they should hire someone that is a bit warmer and more personable. It's not that they were mean, just devoid of personality. The day we checked out my girlfriend and I wanted to go hiking in the area but could check into our place in Flagstaff until after 4pm so we asked if we could keep our bags at the establishment (nothing out of the ordinary and a service any hotel provides, ESPECIALLY one that charges as much as Adobe does). They obliged and said (quote), "we will be here all day and leave at 5pm but someone - either us or Steve - will be here afterwards". When we returned at 5:15 (big deal 15 min after 5pm) no one was there, no one would answer the phone, and our bags were locked up. I called the emergency number on their door and was treated so rudely and talked down to I was literally appalled. They returned to the property and acted like we had done something wrong and were very cold to us... I am YOUR customer! Remember that. Won't stay here again or recommend this establishment

BEWARE!!! Hotel pictures are not accurate, hotel is dirty and SMELLS. Room was unacceptable even for a 3.5 star proper. When we went to ask for another room, there was no one at the desk for hours and hours. The hotel owner is dishonest and would not refund our money even though we never stayed in the room. RUN RUN RUN AWAY!!!!!

Pretty good stay in Sedona
we were in the area to enjoy the very close trails--the trails are literally walking distance from the hotel. we also enjoyed the coupon for 10% off the local pub. It was a bit of a bummer though that you had to request the hot tub be turned on because it took a lot longer to heat up than expected. breakfast was pretty good as well. really great staff--

We arrived after 6:30 pm and found an envelope taped on the outside door with our name on it. In the morning we went to get the free breakfast but the tables were full and asked to return at a later time. Room and lobby were beautiful!
