Very Good8.0
Great 4 Days And 3 nights
From the concierge to late night check in hotel was quick and efficient. Please note that there are multiple elevators one that brings you up from the metro/ parking/ hotel entrance and second set from the front desk to the hotel rooms. The view from our room was the park and it was enjoyable. A nice feature the hotel has is by just tapping you room key in the elevator it recognizes your floor so you do not need to press any buttons also the toilets are heated!!!! ;) Location is also great because it is easily accessible by Japan’s train system. My one complaint is that there is no room service ao if you want a late night bite to eat you have to venture off property. I would stay here again if visiting Japan.

Execellent service, great location to transportation. I’ve stayed in several hotels in the Shiodome and this is the best for the price. Definitely will return.

Business stay
Been staying here for all business visits in the past few years. Great location and rooms are in wonderful condition. However I noticed there are more guests using the gym and there’s such limited space which makes it very unpleasant to workout. It’s time to upgrade the fitness facilities. On the other hand, not many hotels in Japan provide gym.

Great location.
The location was perfect. Shimbashi station was great starting point for all of tokyo areas. The hotel room was bigger than expected ( by Japanese standards).
