The property was nice as well as the rooms. Service was quite lackluster with slow bell service, not answering the phone, not responding to the text system. However, the staff was nice when you interacted in person.

    All the amenities but costly
The property is amazing but you are also going to pay an additional $35/night fee for the resort plus a $27-37 parking fee for your car above what you pay for the nightly stay. Our room had some issues. The shower barely worked and the toilet flusher was broken. We didn’t complain so I’m not sure how it would have been addressed. We were only there one night but the cost is high and it’s not the best space for a family with three really young kids. I had a hard time figuring out what to eat with them. We have one kiddo who is gf/dairy free and egg free so it was definitely challenging. This is a great place for those who want that mega resort experience that costs a whole lot - if you’re like us and enjoy going a little less expensive, this might not be the place for you.

Awesome property. However, the hotel itself has three separate hotel towers and walking is really not an option so take the monorail. Got to the lobby and forgot my car key and it took a half an hour to go back and get it. They should have a towel checkout in the lobby for customers going off property to a beach. Resort kinda feels like a Japanese museum and is a little overdone. With that said it’s an incredible hotel. Recommend to spend an extra $10 per day for valet parking as parking is far from the actual hotel entrance.

Nice place - Expensive compared to others nearby - Must drive to get to a sandy beach

    Beautiful resort. Customer service lacking.
Beautiful resort. Great pools. Need more breakfast choices/venues. Ocean Tower kind of tired. Lagoon Tower newer and fresher. Front desk not very helpful. Not a great check-in experience. A little Disney-ish with the tram running through the resort and a boat taxi.
