Good rooms, great staff…..but……
Hospitable check-in and adequate breakfast. Rooms clean and comfortable with a cover that was silky smooth. The only complaint was outside of the hotel’s control as the room had obviously been smoked out with marijuana previously and the smell remained. It was a simple middle of the night stop/stay over in route to our destination so I alerted staff so as to not be charged an incidental and we went to sleep. No harm, no foul.

Avoid If You Can
There was an issue right away when I checked in. I was given the key to a room someone else was already in. Once I got the correct room key, I discovered the room had a fishy smell to it and the carpet was heavily stained. The carpet also felt very dirty. So dirty that I was uncomfortable keeping my shoes off even though I prefer to take my shoes off whenever I'm "home." I could feel my bare feet getting dirty from simply walking around. The room had very poor lighting and clearly needs a lot of maintenance and updating. The only good thing about this place is the location in relation to PNC Music Pavilion and the breakfast was decent. I do not recommend this property unless you have a concert coming up or something nearby that makes it convenient. Also, I never got my deposit back even though they claimed it was released.
