Our stay
The hotel is in a very good location and all the staff we came across were helpful and friendly. The breakfast had a good range of items. The room was very very small and needs some updating. Every time we showered the bathroom flooded as the drain was not draining quick enough. It was very warm in Madrid and the air-con wasn’t very good. The hotel is not worth the amount we paid for 2 nights.

You can Likely Find a Nicer Room for the Price
Our first floor room had scuffed baseboards, crumbling areas on the walls, needed painting and a general refurbishment. Furniture was scratched and pillowcases had threadbare spots. Room was noisy with traffic and other guests. But room and hotel was clean and staff was pleasant and location was good.
