Nice staff. Area a bit underdeveloped in terms of touristic facilities. Overall, good value for money.

Enjoyed the Hotel, but my wife $200 shades disappeared during our stay there. Called the hotel to make sure that we didn't leave them behind and was told that there were no shades left in the room. All shades were put in their cases the night before and left out on the bed as we walked around to get last minute gifts, but when we got to the airport and my wife took out the case to retrieve her shades, the case was empty. So we enjoyed the hotel but not the lost of some $200 shades that she had just bought 2 days earlier.

Nice, clean, centrally located place to stay
A good, clean place to explore Thessaloniki from. It's nothing fancy, but if you're not going to spend a lot of time in your room, it's a great place to use as a home base while in this area without spending a lot of money on a hotel. After initially messing up our reservation and putting us in a smoking room, the apologetic staff hooked us up with a junior suite to make up for it. Maria at the front desk was especially helpful and did everything she could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. It's within walking distance (if you like to walk!) to many of the main sites in the main part of Thessaloniki, and close to several bus stations.
