The hotel is ok, it's definitely not the photos the furniture is old, dresser, beds, tables, so please do not expect that everything is the way it looks, other than that is clean the staff are very friendly, they provide beach towels.

My reservation, which I made in January 2022 through Orbitz, and that I had confirmed one week prior to arrival was suddenly canceled. The desk clerk said it was OK because I was notified the afternoon before arrival, and the hotel was starting renovations. I received no offer of alternative accommodations or help in finding another hotel, after a 10 hour flight from NY. I did receive a phoney apology.

Good location
It’s location is fantastic, closed to the beach or shopping malls but my family trip is to see Hawaii sceneries not to shopping. Some of the fees were not posted when I was booking the hotel. For example: parking fees:39$ and amenities: I think 35$. When I booked the hotel, I paid for resort fees. I thought that will include everything. Amenities weren’t that good either; coffee machine for you, a pool and a gym. If you travel for a week like me, you will probably try to see as many sceneries as you can or hang out at the beaches.
