Not going postal
Very nice location on 88 acres of grounds. Restaurant and Pub/Grill on site with friendly staff. Pool could use some additional maintenance, but clean showers and locker room areas.Price was really hard to beat! AC was not quite up to par, but windows open and temps. were fine.

Good Deal
Upgraded to a suite due to son with us for daughters' graduation from American University (15 min drive). The rooms had 2 TV's 5' apart with no door so you could not use both TV's at same time. Tried the bar this visit and it was fun, still did not eat any food. Room and beds are comfy, parking free so good deal in DC area.

Excellent location and excellent stay.
Needed a place to stay for a night due to water damage and it was convenient and close to home.

A different type of hotel
The hotel is a little different. It's a complex and nothing is in the same place. Your room could be in one building, fitness in another and restaurant in another. My room was tiny and I had trouble controlling the humidity so it was a little stale. I stayed here because I attended an event but would not probably stay there under normal business travel.

Not for Those Vacationing
In my opinion, the William F. Bolger Center should not be advertised as a "hotel". This is simply a conference center with (very small) rooms to sleep in. We were shocked at the outside appearance of the entire center as we pulled up. It was not at all what we had expected. The complex looked eerie from the outside, with just plain tan brick buildings. The room was tiny (comparable to the size of a room you might expect to find on a cruise ship). Right off the bat, we were notified that the shuttle was out of service. When we arrived in our room, a note not had been left, stating that this facility was not set up with any individualized temperature control features. The facility chooses either heat or air conditioning, depending on the season. On a positive note, I can say that everything was relatively clean. This "hotel" would be fine for business travel of you were attending a conference specifically at that center. In fact, whenever interacting with staff, they always ask, "What group are you with?" This was not an appropriate "hotel" for those "vacationing". The whole vibe was depressing. The description of amenities and services (while possibly true) was misleading.
