Stayed 3 nights. December 24-27, 2022.
Check in was fine , room was fine, clean.
First, nite around 10 pm. noisy coming from below our room and how i no someone was there they would hit the ceiling this went off and on the remaining of stay went to concern this issues nothing but attitude didn't say im sorry or nothing she began with, well did you call in , mam I'm here? her loud tone was beginning to kick in then she said, No one is next to you or below you! really? and last but not but least well housekeeping a major disappointment my room had not been cleaned, the entire stay, made several phone calls, front desk appearances, meet with a young man i believe his name was joseph told me all kinds of excuses for not showing up to clean rooms",and not to mention i can see and hear them outside the door everyday ok, then that's when, i took the incentive,to introduce myself, and ask could she come to my room gave, her the room number, plenty of time to clean everyday, and would you no it she never came went to voice my concerns once again and would you no who i saw coming out the elevator the young man trying to explain again and telling me that the housekeeping person said she didn't see me nor did she understand me and she speaks English? really! i had to put three days of wet towels outside the door unexceptable.
