Beautiful hotel in a great location for transportation, high end shopping and wonderful restaurants. The MOST helpful staff. They helped us so so much as we do not speak Japanese: buying train tickets, walking us to the trains, making restaurant reservations, etc. Would stay in this hotel next time we are in Tokyo.

Rolled Out the Welcome Mat
The Concierge staff was extremely helpful! During our recent stay at Four Seasons Palm Beach, we mentioned we would be visiting Four Season Tokyo. The staff at Palm Beach introduced us via email to the concierge in Tokyo. From that point they offered assistance with restaurant reservations, tour guides, transportation, bullet train tickets, and suggestions where to visit. By the time we arrived, we felt so welcomed and relaxed that so much had been planned! All confirmations were handed to us upon our arrival. The courtesy of the entire staff was so genuine!

Four Seasons Marunouchi - Amazing!
Amazing stay! Staff was helpful, professional and attentive. It was our anniversary so they went out of their way to make us feel welcome (between the champagne and personal greetings from the staff, we felt like we were visiting old friends!). They also helped us secure a restaurant reservation that's in high demand (Thank you!). Great location - near Tokyo Station. It's a small hotel and quite discreet, but it suits our needs perfectly. Cannot wait to visit again!
