Be honest and upfront.

When we checked in there was construction going on in front of the hotel. Worker told us it had nothing to do with their hotel. Once we got to our room we noticed the water pressure was very low. Woke up the next morning and our water was off. Called the office. They said it’s off and don’t know when they will be getting it back on. Their manager was off site and not able to get a hold of. Another lady got on the phone and said we should just go and check into another hotel. That the city started working on the water lines without any heads up or notice. Horrible way to start off our weekend. Just be upfront and don’t lie. You guys had to get some type of notice about them working on the property. We would of not checked in if we knew their was issues. You just wanted to collect some money for a night or two.
