    Nice rooms and poor restaurant

    It was a business trip of three days. Rooms were updated and are in perfect condition. Food and service at the restaurant are very poor. Also, restrooms in the lobby area needs to be remodeled.

    Horrible Stay

    This was the worst experience at this hotel. My wife was recovering from a medical procedure and this were we stayed for 3 nights. We choose a room at the Royal Level. Customer service in this are is very disappointing. From check in, to food service, it was horrible. I felt we were not treated as paying guests. To make it even worse, we thought we had placed all our belongings and cash in the safe, but my wife forgot she had cash in the purse. After our first housekeeping service $400 dollars went missing. Luckily for us the whole amount in the bag was was not taken. We reported to reception and they came up to the room and took a report. The following day we had to call numerous time for our room to be cleaned. Finally at 3:30pm the maid came with a security guard who stood the entire time inside our room watching us. I have never felt so insulted and disrespected.
