Amazing yes wonderful get to this place right away
I was impressed room was not super big the one we choose and it was perfect. Clean, the floors were wood no dirty gross carpet. Nice crew even the maid was amazing when she brought me the feather free pillow and comforter. The lot next door is under construction so we got to watch the guys work, the city view was amazing , powerful. Good price 111$ on Hotel.com and under building parking was 20$ for up to 24 hours. Trader Joe 1 minute away. Mini store across the way. Doctors Office right across the street. 5 star.

Changes on the horizon...
We always stay at this property when in Seattle. It’s clean, comfortable, and in a great location. As an FYI, if you want a king room with a view of the city and Mt. Rainier, there is only one room that is on a corner. The pictures on hotels.com and the hotel’s website appear to advertise a corner room for the “king view room”. When we checked in, we brought this to the hotel’s attention. They said that the “king view” rooms are just the upper floors but are not guaranteed to be a corner. They were able to change us to the corner room after our first night. On a side note, there is a high-rise apartment complex being built right next door, so it looks like they will eventually be losing all of their “view” rooms. :(

Portlander staying for the night
Quick trip up to Seattle to move my daughter back to Portland. I’ve seen the cafe portion of the hotel often and wasn’t impressed. HOWEVER the location / price was perfect so I opted to stay for a night. So glad we did. The rooms are absolutely fabulous (a wee bit over-branded but not a deal breaker). The bed was super comfortable and super amazing bonus here, two separate comforters on the bed! This concept wasn’t even something I knew I needed in my life but it’s a game changer. I am a “tuck and roll” sleeper and hubs and I are always playing tug of war at night. To say the experience of having two incredibly comfortable comforters was life changing is an understatement! Overall, pleasantly suprised by this little boutique hotel. Staff was amazing and helpful. Highly recommended.

Dog friendly
The front desk personnel were so friendly and helpful. They kept my dog why my family and I went to a concert because she wasn’t able to stay in the room alone.

Location for Neptune theatre.
Chosen for proximity to theatre. Worked well. Parking of $20 seemed high because it was on addition to room rate
