This is the fourth Hampton Inn I have stayed at, the others were in Kansas City, Colorado Springs, Nanuet, NY and all of them including this one were fantastic. The Chicopee/Springfield Hampton Inn was clean, the breakfasts were awesome, the staff were super friendly, the rooms impeccably clean, including the bathrooms. The beds were comfy and the hotel overall was quiet, clean, and smoke free! Wanna thank the staff at Chicopee Hampton Inn for an amazing three night stay. Thanks so much!

Fine stay, comfortable enough for this part of the state. Only complaint was that I checked in late at night, and the front desk said breakfast was open until 10am in the morning. Got there at 9:07, and it was all gone and put away. So, what a disappointment that was. Otherwise, just an average uneventful stay.
